One good thing about ordering a 1/2 beef, is that you can customize your order! Want it all in ground beef? Sure! Want certain steaks and size of roasts and the rest in ground beef? Sure! 
You can also split it with family members as well.

We may require a small deposit at the time of the beef getting sent.
